Description Food and Beverage Supervisor – Coffee Breaks, Conference Dining, and Room Service
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee our coffee breaks, conference dining, and room service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you are passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences and have strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service activities for coffee breaks, conference dining, and room service.
- Ensure all food and beverage standards, quality, and presentation meet company and health regulations.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage in a full service high volume hotel.
