The Role

As a Barista, you are the specialist behind our beverage program. You balance the technical skill of coffee preparation with the social grace of a hospitality professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Excellence: Prepare a full range of specialty coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages to our exact standards of quality.
• Stage Presence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing coffee station while engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Efficiency & Results: Manage a high volume of drink tickets during the peak breakfast rush without sacrificing quality or speed.
• The Team Play: Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that "the extraordinary experience" is seamless from the first sip to the last bite.
