The Elmore Hotel in Dallas’ Southlake district seeks a Cook I to lead a station, supervise line cooks, and maintain high culinary standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure accurate mise en place, precise cooking, and strong teamwork.
Ideal candidates have 3 years of restaurant experience with a preference for fine dining or luxury hotel backgrounds, plus solid knife skills and HACCP knowledge.
