BEARCREEK is seeking a dedicated cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor. You will work in a hospital/long-term care setting, ensuring safe, sanitary food preparation and adherence to menus.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hospital/long-term care cooking experience, and Serv Safe certification. Strong reading of procedures and ability to follow recipes is important. PCC knowledge is a plus.
