Position Summary:

The Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and executing day-to-day store operations. The Sales Associate supports the team by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

Brand Experience/Customer Service

* Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience that aligns with company standards.

* Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.

* Assist customer in the fitting room.

* Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourages the customer to make a purchase.

* Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.

* Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.

* Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

* Provides information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.

Visual, Operation, and Safety

* Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

* Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.

* Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.

* React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.

* Participates in Loss Prevention Audits, understands and complies with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.

Position Requirements :

* Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.

* Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

* This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day. Additional availability a plus.

Essential Functions:

* Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.

* Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
