And what we sell are organic gardening supplies, plants, garden accessories, and products to feed and take care of pets.

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service from sales associates who have taken the effort to learn how our products can help solve our customers  problems. If you like helping people solve their gardening problems you ll enjoy this job!

For this position we need a motivated self-starter who loves plants & gardening. You must have professional gardening experience, such as having worked at a garden center. You must be good working with customers and be enthusiastic about gardening, especially organic gardening.

You must be able to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner. You must be able to work weekends – both Saturdays and Sundays. You must be able to work out-of-doors in Texas summers. This position is at our new store in Colleyville, TX, and can be full-time or part-time. Local candidates only please – we cannot pay for relocation.

• Assist customers, provide information about products, and help solve gardening problems.
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner and learn how products can help customers.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and be capable of working outdoors in Texas summers.
• Meet scheduling requirements, including weekend availability.

• Professional gardening experience, such as prior work at a garden center.
• Passion for gardening, with emphasis on organic gardening.
