Household Goods Coordinator (Temp to Hire)

• Communicate with customers to prepare necessary documents for residential or organizational moves.
• Provide customer service via email or phone to complete required documents.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is completed as required.
• Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal, and loading of customers’ goods.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the moving team.
• Carefully pack and deliver belongings.
• Assist with general business support tasks as assigned.
• Be bilingual in English and Japanese (read, write, and speak).

8:00‑17:00

Grapevine, TX

$20‑22 per hour (Temp to Hire, DOE)

• Bilingual in English and Japanese.
• Computer skills: data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Clearly communicate directions to drivers and the moving team.
• Able to work overtime to meet customer needs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work outside in the elements (rain, snow, cold, heat).

Will work with all levels in the organization as well as customers.
