Part‑time Sales Associate

Pay Range: $12.00 – $16.09 per hour.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support sales performance.
• Follow customer engagement strategies and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Initiate conversations with customers, build relationships, and recommend products through suggestive selling.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide product information.
• Promote the rewards program and achieve weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Follow all company policies and report injuries or incidents promptly.
• Participate in loss prevention audits and comply with shrink prevention policies.

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day. Additional availability is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
• Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lift and carry up to 25lbs regularly, up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop and crouch to retrieve items from shelves.
• Perform manual labor to assemble displays and rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels, order clothing by color/size, and organize items.
