• Provide customers an amazing experience, helping with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Set up a good‑looking shop floor, keeping full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and stocking rooms organized
• Deliver a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
• Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries, price the products correctly and ensure everything meets high standards

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with high motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Ideally, have some experience working within a busy retail environment

Sales Associates must have English language proficiency necessary to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and colleagues and to understand health and safety instructions.

The starting base hourly rate for this role is $15.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark.
