Pay range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.

EZCORP seeks a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) to work in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role involves customer interaction, processing sales and loans, and store opening/closing duties, with a clear path for advancement through structured training and certification programs.

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and loan extensions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing tasks for the store.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer).
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (e.g., tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual fluency, or experience with pawn or similar environments is a plus.
