The Part Time Sales Lead is an entry-level leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and executing day-to-day store operations. This Sales Lead supports the Store Manager by following customer engagement strategies and maintaining merchandising standards that support a positive customer experience. • Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience that aligns with company standards.
• Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customer in the fitting room.
• Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourages the customer to make a purchase.
• Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.
• Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provides information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing, freight processing, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
• Follows company and store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines; communicates concerns to store leadership.
• Assigns tasks to team members as directed to support operational needs.
• React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the Manager on Duty.
• Participate in Loss Prevention Audits, understand and comply with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.

• Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the other members of the leadership team.
• Regularly communicates any employee’s concerns directly to the Store Manager.
• Assists with onboarding and training new team members in sales behaviors, customer service expectations, and store procedures.
• Addresses customer concerns professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• This role requires a minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays, additional availability a plus.
