* The
* Inside Sales Representative
* communicates directly with customers to schedule inhome product demonstrations and drive directtoconsumer sales for our industry leading walkin tub product line. This role handles warm leads, nurtures customers through the sales cycle, and follows provided scripts and product info to deliver a confident, high quality customer experience.
You'll develop strong product knowledge and collaborate closely with operations, installers, and other support teams while managing prospects from initial inquiry to scheduled appointment.
* Key Responsibilities
* * Schedule inhome product demonstrations and installations nationwide
* Manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify customer interest and convert inquiries into appointments
* Follow up on warm leads from multiple channels
* Use internal computer systems for data entry, tracking, and customer management
* Move prospects through all phases of the appointment setting cycle
* Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth scheduling and handoffs
* Participate in regular training to enhance sales and product expertise
* Overcome objections with confidence and maintain a strong sales mindset

* Work Environment & Schedule (Fully Remote)

Shifts:
* * 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
* Weekend Shifts (must work one):
* * Saturday: 8 AM-5 PM or 10 AM-7 PM
* Sunday: 10 AM-7 PM
* Training
* * 2-week program
* Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM

* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.
* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
