• Identify, qualify, and develop personal and commercial insurance opportunities
• Communicate with clients in person, online, over the phone, and in writing
• Build long-term relationships through follow-ups, timely quotes, and excellent service
• Round accounts, upsell existing clients, and network to gain new business
• Process quotes, bind coverage, and handle supporting documents (photos, inspections, etc.)
• Present policy options and educate clients on coverage and rates

• Must be able to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License → Get licensed through Pearson VUE
