This is a high-energy, field-based role focusing on Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) accounts. No residential doors - just professional, local business owners who need your help.

• Consultative Sales: Act as a local partner to community business owners.
• Strategic Prospecting: Promote Frontier Communications’ fiber internet, cybersecurity & phone solutions to decision-makers.
• Future-Proofing: Learn high-income sales skills that stay relevant in an AI-driven world.
• Leadership Track: Enter our Career Development Program (CDP) and move into management.

• $75,000 - $125,000+ OTE: Your effort directly dictates your bank account.
• Stability + Upside: Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission.
