Flooret is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help grow both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B business channels.

This is not a traditional account management role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships from the ground up, and driving revenue growth through both customer engagement and strategic outreach.

You’ll work directly with homeowners, trade professionals, and retail partners to expand brand awareness, increase product sell-through, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding Flooret’s customer base and strengthening relationships across both DTC and B2B channels.

You’ll serve as a product expert, sales driver, and brand ambassador — helping customers and partners confidently choose Flooret products while creating long‑term growth opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B customers to grow Flooret’s dealer and trade network
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, trade professionals, retailers, and strategic partners
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship development, and product promotion across both DTC and B2B channels
  • Educate customers and partners on Flooret products, installation, features, and value propositions
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by serving as a trusted resource throughout the sales journey
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience
  • Gather and report market insights including competitor activity, customer feedback, and regional trends
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline reporting
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and partner engagement
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience
  • (flooring, building materials, home improvement, or design industry experience preferred)
  • Proven success in DTC and/or B2B sales environments
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
  • A self‑starter mentality with a competitive drive and desire to win
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously

    Ability to confidently sell and build relationships virtually
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools
  • Ability to commute to our DFW‑area office
