We provide a full range of services, from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, Textile Cleaning, to Reconstruction, and offer specializations in commercial large loss, fire damage restoration, Reconstruction, and Capital Improvement Projects. With rapid growth and a strong focus on client trust, we invite you to join us as a Commercial Account Manager and help expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing commercial accounts, ensuring consistent communication, client satisfaction, and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling services to meet client needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Prospect and build relationships with new commercial clients within target industries and territories.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, opportunities, and follow‑up activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service plans tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or related industry.
- Knowledge of insurance, property management, and commercial service contracts.
- Established network of business contacts in property management, insurance, or commercial real estate.
- Experience preparing proposals, bids, or RFP responses.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
