This company is looking for a top Business Developer to join a fast‑growing, tech‑forward restoration company based in Fort Worth.

• Lead business development activities with limited estimating responsibilities.
• Build and nurture client relationships with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Guide customers through the insurance process and act as an insurance expert and trusted advisor.
• Travel locally to meet clients and conduct on‑site meetings.

• Must bring a strong book of business with local clientele.
• Experience in restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
• Highly tech‑forward with self‑starter mentality, grit, strength of character, and strong people skills.
• Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source— all relationships are commission‑eligible.

• Competitive base salary with over $150k earning potential.
• Commission begins after hitting a set threshold and is uncapped.
