Position: SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:

Performs in a senior-level Account Management capacity required for the successful daily operations of the business. Provides comprehensive operational support to Sales, clients, and internal teams from quote creation and sale through project completion, reconciliation, and invoicing. Ensures accurate execution within the given time frame and budget while supporting a professional, customer-facing experience.

The Sr. Account Manager is recognized as a department resource with advanced knowledge of TTG systems, processes, project execution, client support practices, and industry standards. This role contributes to the success of the Account Management department through training, process improvement, knowledge sharing, and promotion of best practices. The position does not include direct supervisory responsibility, payroll recommendations, or formal escalation authority.

The Sr. Account Manager is expected to positively influence department performance through expertise, collaboration, professional example, and strategic thinking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Learn, maintain, and model TTG’s standard products, services, culture, procedures, and best practices.

Attend all departmental meetings and participate as an experienced Account Management resource.

Perform administrative and maintenance duties as needed to support orders, clients, Sales, and department workflow.

Drive collaboration to ensure project deliverables are completed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with TTG standards.

Work effectively and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels, consistently contributing to a positive work environment.

Serve as a senior-level resource to support consistency, accuracy, and best-practice alignment within the Account Management department.

Facilitate formal onboarding and training for Account Management team members as assigned or requested by leadership.

Support department leadership by providing practical feedback, process observations, and recommended improvements related to workflow, documentation, training, client-facing support, and execution.

Represent department perspectives related to process, training, workflow efficiency, and best practices when requested by leadership.

Help identify recurring issues, gaps, or risks and contribute to solutions that improve department performance, client experience, and operational alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Includes but not limited to:

Client & Project Support Support assigned client accounts through effective project coordination, execution, communication, documentation, and order management.

Maintain professional, responsive, and service-oriented communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support project success and a positive client experience.

Partner with Sales and Account Executives to support execution of client objectives, project requirements, and approved client commitments.

Elevate new prospect opportunities, relationship management needs, and business development discussions to Sales or Account Executive as appropriate.

Assist with complex project situations by leveraging departmental knowledge, historical experience, and best practices.

Help ensure consistency in execution standards and customer-facing communication across the Account Management department.

Quoting & Sales Support Quote opportunities presented by Sales.

Obtain quotes from approved vendors/internal teams and apply markups for resale.

Provide proposals for show services including shipping, material handling, electrical, rigging, internet, cleaning, I&D labor, supervision, and other reasonable services requested by the client.

Attend client preview/training prior to quoting as needed.

Prepare written correspondence, proposals, quotations, and client-facing documentation.

Apply advanced knowledge of TTG processes, pricing considerations, project scope, and client expectations to support accurate quoting.

Assist team members with quoting questions, process guidance, or complex scope review when requested.

Execution of Sold Booth/Event Projects Ensure the coordination of newly sold projects and completion within client-provided deadlines.

Review and verify sales agreements, calendars/timelines, colors, approvals, deposits, and required backup documentation within TTG systems.

Rectify timelines with the Account Executive and communicate revised timelines internally and externally when applicable.

Process orders internally by updating sales quote to sales order.

Create work orders and execution communications for internal teams.

Distribute accurate orders to correct vendor(s).Collect confirmations from vendors including prices, delivery dates, colors, quantities, and shipping information.

Monitor progress of project timelines with internal teams and external vendors.

Attend client preview/training and complete follow-up on the project.

Confirm schedule for preview date and time.

Reconcile each order and submit for final invoicing.
