Respond and attend to guest repair requests.;
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.;
Inspect and repair all mechanical equipment including, but not limited to: appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing components.;
Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers and supervise work in progress in the absence of supervision.;
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures; ensure safety and security practices are followed.
