Location:

Grapevine, TX

• Oversee scheduling, installation, inspections, and punch phases of residential HVAC projects.
• Manage daily field operations, including technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate equipment commissioning and warranty repairs.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, and inspectors.
• Prepare material take-offs and complete job documentation accurately and on time.

• 2–4 years of experience in new construction residential HVAC.
• Tradesman license (required).
• EPA certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and safety training.
• Proficiency in English: reading, writing, speaking.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong communication skills with teams, builders, and inspectors.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Physical requirements:
  
  frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and lifting.
