Water Restoration Technician

WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for first and second shift in Irving, Texas.

As a Water Restoration Technician you will be in charge of removing, replacing, and repairing water-damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of the organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, so good customer service and willingness to help others are essential.

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
• 1-2 years of structural restoration experience preferred
• 2-4 years of construction experience preferred
• 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred
• Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the U.S.

1st

Shift: 8 am – 5 pm Monday‑Friday
2nd Shift: 1 pm – 10 pm 5 days a week including weekends

$20 - $27 hourly wage
