SERVPRO Team Shaw is one of the largest SERVPROs in Texas and has grown from one location in 2019 to 30 locations today. We have grown 10x in the last 3 years and are looking to double in growth in near future. We are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction.

Responsibilities Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and biohazard loss projects.
Perform emergency mitigation services, including water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and debris removal.
Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment.
Clean, sanitize, and restore affected structures and contents.
Follow established production processes and company procedures.
Document job progress using company software and mobile applications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response when required.#SPTSField

Qualifications Previous restoration, construction, demolition, moving, warehouse, or labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in varying environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and areas affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
Experience with water mitigation, demolition, construction, or restoration equipment.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for documentation.
