Job Title: HVAC | Warranty Technician

Job SummaryThe HVAC Warranty Technician repairs various air quality systems, diagnosing maintenance problems, conducting warranty services, and performing emergency repairs on equipment.
Responsibilities- Travel to homes and businesses daily as scheduled
- Perform evaluations and consultations with potential customers
- Determine customers' needs and discuss all solutions
- Generate sales on every call
- Inspect HVAC systems for efficiency and safety
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair damaged HVAC systems
- Renew maintenance contracts and sell new contracts
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools and parts
- Obey company Code of Ethics and Team Rules

- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
- Operate handheld power tools
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day as needed
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, cramped or awkward positions
- Outdoor work in all weather, climbing ladders or working on roof
