We are seeking a highly skilled Apartment Certified Technician who can independently handle a wide range of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across our residential community. This role requires a technician who is confident, experienced, and capable of delivering high‑quality work without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Appliance Installation & Repair

* Stove installation and repair

* Dishwasher installation, troubleshooting, and repair

* Washer and dryer installation and repair

* Plumbing Skills

* Toilet installation, repair, and maintenance

* Hook‑up plumbing for appliances and fixtures

* Basic leak repairs, drain issues, and fixture replacements

* Electrical Tasks

* Thermostat installation and troubleshooting

* Switch plate replacement and minor electrical repairs

* Ceiling fan installation and repair

* HVAC Knowledge

* Ability to troubleshoot basic HVAC issues

* Understanding of system components and maintenance needs

* EPA certification preferred but not required for this posting unless you want it added
