Dry Force is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full‑time position in Dallas, Texas—no experience required, willing to train.
The role involves removing, replacing, and repairing water‑damaged materials and handling issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact for clients after a traumatic situation, so a good customer‑service orientation is essential.
Responsibilities- Handle issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
- Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
- Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
- Document drying progress using a phone or tablet
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clear criminal background
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and on some holidays
