Paycom is seeking a skilled I&D Technician/Lead to set up and dismantle trade show displays, and supervise on-site labor teams. You will work from setup drawings, load and unload equipment, and ensure safety and quality across events. Travel up to 50% is required and candidates must have strong customer focus.
Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, repairing and cleaning equipment, and maintaining accurate job costing. A high school diploma and 5–7 years of I&D experience are preferred.
