MAA Grapevine is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs in our residents' homes and common areas. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and prepare apartments for move-ins.
We value hands-on problem solvers with 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days), and a valid driver's license.
