Job Description Summary
80% TRAVEL REQUIRED within US-2 to 3 weeks on a job site followed by 1 week off (home). Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record (Position Drives Company F350 Truck). Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test, a Job Site Hair follicle drug test that goes back 3 months, and a Criminal Background check.
Must be able to lift 50 + pounds while working out door.
Are you ready to build massive structures and see the country while you’re at it? We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our traveling crew. If you love physical work and the open road, this is the role for you. This is an entry level position that reports to a Field Supervisor. The Field Installer is responsible for timely installation of tents as well as safe use of tents and related equipment.
Must be able to lift heavy equipment as the work is very physical and demanding, requiring both strength and stamina. The Field Installer is responsible for installation, takedown, repairs of fabric structures along with the loading and unloading of equipment supply trucks.
80% Travel:
You’ll be on-site for 2–3 weeks, followed by 1 full week off o Cost to You:
We cover all travel and hotels, plus provide a daily per diem.
- Build the Big Stuff:
Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard‑side walls, and custom framework. - Master the Machinery:
Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man‑baskets. - Team Up:
Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.
- Professional Training:
In‑house "Tenting 101" and OSHA certifications. - Credentials:
We’ll help you secure your TWIC (Federal Background Check). - The Gear:
Access to top‑tier hand tools and heavy equipment.
Education & Experience
- Must be willing to Travel for work
- Must have a current, valid Driver's license and ability to pass a MVR with safe driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old for company driving.
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test and background check.
- Must have basic Hand and Power Tool experience.
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 plus pounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Construction experience-Preferred
- TWIC Card not required but a Plus.
- Certifications on the job:
Tenting 101 – The Basics of Temporary Structures (Provided in house, not by a third party)- A 3 week, paid, on the job training where we show you how to temporary structures from the ground up! - General Construction Site Safety – OSHA Basic Plus.
- Federal Background Check – TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
- OSHA Operators Training on All‑Terrain – forklifts, platforms (man lift, scissor lift directly) – Sunbelt, United, Registered Behavior Technician Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30.
$18.99 - 27.30. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
