Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to partner with a school district in the Mansfield area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This role offers a predictable schedule, a collaborative school environment, and strong support from an experienced team.

Position Overview

In this school-based role, you'll help students build essential communication skills that impact their academic success and everyday interactions. You'll work with a diverse caseload addressing articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication needs.

Work Schedule & Environment
  • Monday–Friday school hours
  • No evenings or weekends

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license (or in process)
  • CCC‑SLP preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
