Senior iOS Engineer

Location: BILT - Global Brand Support Center, Grapevine, Texas 76051

BILT is hiring a Senior iOS Engineer to create and maintain high-performance mobile applications for government clients leveraging Swift and iOS frameworks. Due to the requirements of our government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship.

• Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Implement features and UI designs for optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for functionality.
• Ensure compliance with Apple’s guidelines and government security standards.
• Collaborate with Backend, QA and UX teams to deliver high quality apps.
• Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• Experience with government or enterprise mobile apps preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives.
• Solid experience with Code Reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality across the team.
• Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks and Swift.
• Proven track record of publishing apps to the App Store.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• An unwavering desire to not only “satisfy” our customers, but to “delight” them.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.

• Startup experience.
• This role is based at BILT’s Global Brand Support Center in Grapevine, Texas, near DFW Airport and Southlake Town Square.
• Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, tablets, phones, email, and Microsoft Teams).
• Physical demands include prolonged computer use and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Office hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with convenient parking and nearby amenities.
