Logistics Coordinator

Overview

Logistics Specialist - International Shipping. Ideal Candidate will have recent experience in international logistics, transportation, and customs clearance. Will manage the day-to-day administrative functions related to shipment coordination and traffic system. Managing shipments from initiation to completion and recording on the systems. Booking shipments with carriers and coordinating pickups and deliveries as needed.

• Manage the day-to-day administrative functions related to shipment coordination and traffic system.
• Manage shipments from initiation to completion and recording on the systems.
• Book shipments with carriers and coordinate pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Support cargo claims through documentation, customer updates, and issue resolution.
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong multitasking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated work ethic and motivation for professional development.
• Basic statistical analysis capabilities needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact tactfully and professionally with customers and internal teams.
