2nd Man Helper - DFW

2nd Man Helper. Looking for someone to ride with our delivery drivers to assist with manual labor for unpack/packing, loading/unloading trucks and job completion clean up.

This position requires helper to be on time so the driver is not waiting to depart. Direct supervisor will be the driver they are with. If there is no 2‑man jobs for the day the helper may be utilized to assist on our warehouse floor as needed. Helper must be able to lift up to 70lbs. Work in hot and cold Texas environments.

Schedule will be sent out every evening by email alerting helper of start times and who they will be helping.

Hubbard Express Air Freight is seeking a Driver Helper for immediate employment. We are looking for a Delivery Helper to assist drivers in delivering packages to customers. As a delivery associate helper you will ride along in a DOT‑regulated vehicle and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to customers in your community every day.

Helpers do not drive but assist with deliveries to customers.

There is room for advancement in this position if you are hardworking, reliable and dependable. Shifts – Starting as early as 4:30 am. What You'll Do:
Work 5 days per week and up to 12 hours per day including breaks Monday through Friday. Assist the driver with the delivery of packages weighing 50 to 500lbs. Team lift. Help the driver navigate if needed. Load and offload packages up to 500lbs from the truck with the assistance of a Driver.

Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner, providing a deluxe delivery service experience to businesses across DFW.

What You'll Need:
Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the US. Must have a valid  a valid US passport. Successful completion of a DOT physical. Follow a mapped delivery route, track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times. Adhere to all safety policies. Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing between 50 and 300lbs, team lift with or without reasonable accommodation.
