To operate one of the vehicles in the Grapevine Visitor Transportation Shuttle System.
- Ability to count money and make change correctly.
- Ability to operate credit card machine.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and statistics.
- Ability to organize and supervise customer groups and special event transportation.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to enforce policies, procedures and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office a plus.
- Outgoing guest service oriented individual is desired.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, holidays and weekend hours.
- Geographical knowledge of metroplex and particularly Grapevine is beneficial.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Position requires valid Texas Class B CDL Drivers License with passenger endorsement. No DWI (alcohol or drugs) convictions and no more than one moving violation in the last three years.
Must attend Defensive Driving classes as scheduled by the supervisor.
Must pass a Federal/National criminal background check, polygraph exam and credit check. Must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by City policy.
Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical, DOT 5 panel drug screen and functional assessment screening (Level
1).

Safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, hard hats, safety vests, steel-toe boots, back support belts, and seat belts are provided and must be worn as required by department procedures and good safety practices.
