Location: Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport - DFW
Entry Level Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY SHIFT
Shifts will be 5 consecutive days with 2 consecutive days off. Must be able to work weekends as we do not have any shifts available with Saturday and Sunday off.
Role PurposeThe aircraft fueler is responsible for safe and efficient fueling and defueling of aircraft at the airport. This role requires performing simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with regard to weight, measurement, and volume to interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions as they pertain to fueling.
This role requires maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner, drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant cards, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft.
- Accurately account for fuel transactions.
- Perform daily quality control checks on equipment, maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
- Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel.
- Defuel aircraft as directed.

Qualifications- Proficiently read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience preferred, including possession of a Commercial Driver’s License or experience in the oil and gas industry.
- High school or better education.
