Freight Forwarder – Air Export

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including airline scheduling and movement through transportation channels
• Prepare and process customs-clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with regular status updates
• Manage customer relationships, satisfaction, concerns, and issues
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations departments for timely and efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant regulations
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in freight forwarding is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including costs and rates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
• Understanding of trade laws and regulations
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred

Demonstrates expertise in coordinating air freight logistics, including customs clearance and compliance with trade laws. Strong ability to manage customer relationships and provide timely updates on shipment status.
