Receiving Clerk (Warehouse)

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Productiv is looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Receiving Clerk to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is key to ensuring all incoming materials are accurately received, inspected, and recorded to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Verify purchase orders, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods
• Break down pallets, count, and organize products before storage
• Update inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Label, tag, and store products in designated locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
• Coordinate with carriers and assist with scheduling deliveries
• Follow all safety, food-safety, and company procedures
• Support audits and additional warehouse tasks as needed

• 1+ year of warehouse receiving, inventory, or material handling experience
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Forklift experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) when trained
• Must follow PPE, safety, and hygiene standards
