Job Description

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area. Unload trailers/containers of goods into the warehouse. Understand all aspects of the warehouse functions you are trained in.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping bins, shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
  • Create and implement best practice warehousing principles, policies, and processes.
  • Unload trailers/containers of goods into the warehouse.
  • Understand all aspects of the warehouse functions you are trained in.
  • Openness to learn and willingness to be cross‑trained.
  • Work safely and follow all company policies/procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all that you do.
Requirements
  • Experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person.
  • Experience unloading trucks or using RF scanners is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to be cross‑trained; forklift experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR and drug screening.
