Warehouse Associate – DFW Airport | Shipping & Receiving | Inventory | Stocking | Logistics

Looking for a fast-paced warehouse job with steady hours, physical activity, and real impact on daily operations? We are hiring a Warehouse Associate at DFW Airport to support shipping and receiving, inventory control, stocking, order pulling, deliveries, and warehouse logistics across multiple retail and dining concepts. This is a hands‑on role for someone reliable, detail‑focused, and energized by staying busy. If you have warehouse, retail, food & beverage, or distribution experience and want to work in a high‑energy airport environment, this role puts you at the center of the operation ensuring products move accurately and on time.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports on‑site and off‑site warehouse operations for Paradies Lagardère at DFW International Airport. The role is responsible for receiving shipments, unloading trucks, pulling and packing orders, stocking locations, processing transfers, and maintaining organized and compliant storage areas. Associates help ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution across multiple retail and dining locations serving the traveling public. This role requires accuracy, safe material handling, teamwork, and strong time management in a secure, high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions including unloading deliveries and verifying invoices
  • Pull, pack, stage, and deliver product to multiple locations
  • Stock and replenish inventory using proper rotation methods (FIFO)
  • Conduct receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and returns using handheld/company devices
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safety‑compliant warehouse areas
  • Follow inventory control and stock security procedures
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies to management
  • Coordinate with managers, vendors, and airport staff regarding delivery and movement requirements
  • Follow all safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Complete required documentation and process controls accurately
  • Use company tools and equipment properly and securely
  • Support a respectful, team‑focused work environment
  • Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse, retail, food & beverage, stocking, or customer service experience
  • Basic math skills for counts and invoice verification
  • Ability to read and complete operational documents in English
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs or more regularly
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
  • Able to work in varying temperature environments
  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working across airport locations
