[ Summary ]
The Air Export & Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator is responsible for managing air export shipments from booking through final departure while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role combines freight forwarding operations with hands-on warehouse responsibilities and includes coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Coordinate air export shipments, including bookings, pickups, airline arrangements, cargo receiving, and shipment tracking.

Prepare and review export documentation such as HAWBs, MAWBs, commercial invoices, cargo manifests, and shipping labels.

Coordinate AES/EEI filings and ensure compliance with TSA, IAC, and other export regulations.

Communicate shipment status and schedules with customers, airlines, overseas offices, trucking companies, and internal teams.

Monitor shipments and resolve transportation, documentation, or cargo-related issues.

Maintain accurate shipment records, billing information, and operational data in the company's system.

Perform warehouse duties including receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing, loading, unloading, staging, and releasing cargo.

Verify cargo quantity, dimensions, weight, and documentation, and report any discrepancies or damages.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and provide guidance and training to warehouse staff as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting inventory counts and warehouse audits.

Assist management with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-time, on-site position

Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime may be required based on shipment schedules.)

[ Qualifications ]

2+ years of air export freight forwarding experience preferred.

Experience preparing air export documentation, including HAWBs, MAWBs, and AES/EEI filings.

Previous warehouse, cargo handling, or freight forwarding warehouse experience preferred.

Knowledge of TSA/IAC cargo security procedures is a plus.

Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.

Experience with Cargo Wise or other freight forwarding systems is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in both office and warehouse environments.
