Mother Lode Veterinary Hospital is known for serving our clients and patients with compassion, empathy, and integrity. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, upbeat Full Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team.

• Has a positive, team oriented personality
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Excels in a fast paced environment
• Is an expert multitasker and creative problem solver
• Brings strong customer service skills and a solid knowledge base

• 1+ year as a veterinary receptionist (preferred)
• 1+ year in customer service (required)
• Administrative assistant experience is a plus

• The first voice clients hear when they call
• The communication bridge between clients, doctors, and staff
• The final warm send off clients receive as they leave
• You help set the tone for the entire client experience.
