Vela Massage Retreat is seeking an outgoing, personable, motivated, honest, and reliable person to act as a liaison between our management team, clients, and service provider staff.

You will be responsible for managing our daily appointments, greeting clients, operating our POS system, and keeping lines of communication clear across all departments while maintaining the spa environment (light cleaning is required.)

A healthy lifestyle and Knowledge/Experience in the Spa + Wellness industry is always appreciated but not required :)

We are looking for someone who is:

• FRIENDLY, resourceful, and willing to assist clients
• Efficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking position
• Able to handle cash and deposits with ease
• Able to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, creatively solve problems, and work independently without being prompted
• Excellent in their phone skills and have solid job history/references
• COMPUTER SAVVY IS A MUST The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Suite and can work our POS system (MyTime) with ease.
• Punctual and reliable, willing to help out with extra coverage if needed

3 shifts are currently available weekly with the option to pick up additional hours and work private parties + events. Weekends are required.
