We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

• Communicate with customers face to face, via phone and email, to assist with inquiries and issues
• Educate customers about our products and services
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Proficiency in bilingual communication a plus
• Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service roles
• Proficient in data entry
