, where you'll help patients access the dental care they need by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, providing information, and connecting patients with the appropriate care team. You'll help create a positive patient experience while keeping communication accurate, efficient, and compassionate.

Hourly Pay: $25.00-$26.0

Schedule: Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Answer high-volume incoming calls and assist patients in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Schedule dental appointments and help manage cancellations, no-shows, and available appointments.
• Verify Medi-Cal, private insurance, Sliding Scale, and PRC eligibility and communicate relevant information to patients.
• Accurately document calls in the EHR and work closely with front office and clinical teams to address patient needs.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience answering high-volume phone calls.
• Excellent communication, people, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and team members in stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independent with minimal supervision, and manage multiple interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Dental experience and knowledge of dental terminology, Medi-Cal, and private insurance eligibility are preferred.
