Pediatric Dentist

Overview

Consistent patient flow. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, child-focused dental care in a positive, supportive environment while educating families on lifelong oral health.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and preventive treatments
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, and adolescents
• Manage behavior using age-appropriate and compassionate techniques
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
• Review treatment plans with parents/guardians and obtain informed consent
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of practice
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a calm, fun, and reassuring environment for children
