Fore Dental Care is seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with dental office experience who enjoys building relationships with patients, maintaining a productive hygiene schedule, and helping the practice deliver an outstanding patient experience.

ScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation And Benefits$30-40 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain a productive hygiene schedule
- Schedule hygiene appointments, periodontal maintenance, and continuing-care visits
- Confirm appointments and help minimize cancellations and scheduling gaps
- Monitor overdue patients and conduct proactive recall outreach
- Educate patients on the importance of maintaining recommended hygiene visits
- Communicate treatment recommendations, appointment details, and financial information clearly
- Verify patient information and dental insurance coverage as needed
- Accurately update patient records, notes, and scheduling information
- Collaborate with hygienists, doctors, and front-office team members to support efficient patient flow
- Provide friendly, professional service by phone and in person
- Assist with additional front-office duties as needed
- At least two years of dental office experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology, hygiene procedures, and recall systems
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
- Comfortable discussing recommended care and scheduling future treatment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy dental practice
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Experience using Dentrix dental software
