Greet clients and provide attentive, welcoming service to manage lobby traffic and client meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on technology self-service options and digital banking tools;
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and product knowledge to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash handling and managing cash devices in accordance with bank procedures
