$104,200–$121,950 + full benefits. Monday–Friday, 8–5. No weekends.
We're seeking an SUD Program Manager to run day-to-day operations of the Substance Use Disorder and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center in Grass Valley, CA.
What Makes This Role Different- Genuine program‑building seat: design workflows, policies, and initiatives across clinics
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team (SUD nurse case managers, counselors, MA)
- Own grants end-to-end — applications, budgets, reporting
- Mission‑driven, trauma‑informed care for underserved communities
- Monday–Friday schedule, full benefits, NHSC‑approved site
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a healthcare or education‑related program/department
- Behavioral health and/or SUD experience; supervisory or program‑management experience
- Familiarity with grant‑funded programs; RN license a plus
