* What You’ll Do:
** As an LVN at Wolf Creek Care Center, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the best care possible while supporting the daily operations of the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct nursing care and assisting with treatments and medications
* Supervising and supporting CNAs to maintain quality resident care
* Monitoring residents’ health status and communicating changes promptly
* Ensuring proper documentation, charting, and adherence to care plans
* Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
* Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment
