As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. • Collect patient data based on diagnosis, age, and/or developmental age. Analyze data collected.
• Plan and prioritize individualized care based on the assessment, utilizing nursing diagnosis, including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family, and set outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines.
• Ensure that the patient/family participates in the plan of care to the extent able, and that the plan of care addresses age‑specific and cultural needs.
• Implement appropriate standards based on assessment.
• Prioritize and organize care within allotted time frames.
• Coordinate discharge steps or ensure appropriate referral to address timely, appropriate discharge needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery with accurate interpretation of fetal monitor strips.
• California RN license.
• Basic Life Support – CPR.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire or transfer.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days of hire or transfer.

We prefer candidates who also have experience with circulating, post‑partum, and nursing roles.
