We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience (CA journeyman level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and/or electrical systems (multi-trade experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success in in-home service and sales (not construction)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Comfortable navigating customer concerns and resolving complaints
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in varied residential environments

We offer a full-time flexible schedule, where you travel between job sites, oversee projects, and assist technicians directly in the field.

You start your day by checking in with your techs, reviewing schedules, and heading out to support a new technician on a ride-along. As you move from site to site, you mentor the team, troubleshoot complex plumbing or HVAC problems, and step in on a job when extra hands are needed. You coach a tech on how to communicate a repair plan clearly to a homeowner, resolve a customer concern with professionalism, and then wrap up your day by auditing job quality and planning tomorrow's support needs.
